These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern how you may use https://monetapay.finance/ and any related pages, portals, applications, or services made available through the website, collectively referred to as the “Site.”
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between us and you. You should read these Terms carefully before using the Site.
The Site is operated by MonetaPay Corp. (“MonetaPay,” “us,” “we,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, using any services available through the Site, or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the documents referred to in them.
If you do not agree with or accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop accessing and using the Site.
If you have questions regarding the Site or these Terms, please contact us using the contact information displayed on the Site.

If you are using or accessing the Site on behalf of a company, partnership, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and confirm that:
- you are an authorized representative or agent of that entity;
- you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms; and
- the entity accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms.
In these circumstances, the words “you” and “your” refer to both the legal entity and you personally.
1.3. Privacy Policy
These Terms include and incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, process, disclose, and protect personal information.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, these Terms will govern in relation to your use of the Site, except where applicable data-protection law requires otherwise.
1.4. Additional Terms
We may supplement these Terms with additional terms, agreements, disclosures, policies, pricing schedules, or conditions (“Additional Terms”) relating to specific content, products, accounts, payment services, opportunities, or other services supplied by us.
You will be given an opportunity to review applicable Additional Terms before accepting or using the relevant service.
If you reject applicable Additional Terms, certain content, products, opportunities, accounts, or services may not be available to you.
Once accepted, the Additional Terms form part of these Terms.
If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and applicable Additional Terms, the Additional Terms will govern in relation to the relevant product or service.
1.5. Financial
Matters concerning the opening and operation of customer accounts and the deposit, withdrawal, payment, transfer, conversion, exchange, or storage of fiat currency through the Site or other services may be governed by a separate User Agreement, service agreement, account agreement, or other Additional Terms.
You may be required to read and accept the applicable agreement before you are permitted to use those services.
If you accept such an agreement, it will be considered Additional Terms and will form part of these Terms.
In the event of an inconsistency between these Terms and a product-specific or service-specific agreement, the product-specific or service-specific agreement will govern to the extent of the inconsistency.
1.6. Age and Legal Capacity

MonetaPay will not be liable if any part of the Site is restricted or unavailable at any time or for any period.
1.10. Notice of Binding Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver
These Terms contain a binding arbitration provision in Section 13.
This provision requires certain disputes to be resolved through mandatory and binding arbitration unless:
- you validly opt out using the process described in these Terms; or
- the applicable law in your state, country, or jurisdiction does not permit you to agree to binding arbitration.
This means that, in the event of a dispute with MonetaPay, you may not be able to have the dispute resolved by a judge or jury.
Section 13 also contains a waiver of the right to participate in class, collective, consolidated, or representative actions against MonetaPay.
Please read Section 13 carefully.

Except where required by applicable law, MonetaPay is not required to independently verify the actual identity or authority of every person accessing your Account using valid Credentials.
MonetaPay may, at its discretion, require additional verification of the identity or authority of a person seeking to access or operate an Account.
MonetaPay may deny access to the Account if it is not satisfied with the verification provided.
If MonetaPay considers your Account or Credentials to be insecure, compromised, or used improperly, it may immediately suspend or cancel the Account or Credentials.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the parties do not confer legal, equitable, or other rights or remedies under these Terms on any person other than the parties and their successors and permitted assigns.
The Indemnified Associates and MonetaPay Parties are third-party beneficiaries of the sections that expressly grant them rights or protections.

14.6 Headings
The headings in these Terms are included for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.
14.7 Severability
If a term or provision is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in a jurisdiction, that finding will not affect:

These Terms will benefit and bind the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

1.2. Entities
If you are using or accessing the Site on behalf of a company, partnership, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and confirm that:
- you are an authorized representative or agent of that entity;
The Site may only be used by persons who are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of legal majority required under the laws applicable to them to form a binding contract with MonetaPay.

The Site, including its functionalities, features, pricing, information, content, and materials, may be changed, restricted, suspended, withdrawn, or terminated by MonetaPay at any time and at our sole discretion.
Where permitted by applicable law, we may make such changes without prior notice.
